I was a staff of company

During the holiday I had a chance to work for my mother, as a small staff member to pick up the telephone.
On the 2009 5.1, the first day I worked. I was so excited. I got up early, and went to the company with my mother. When she was driving the car, she told me what I should do. To be honest I was little disappointed when I knew I only could lift the telephone, but later I found I was totally wrong!
We arrived at there at almost 8a.m, so I began work by myself, first of all I felt bored, because no one called us, I just read a news paper to have fun, however, things were different few minutes later.
About 8:30 a.m. more and more people call our company, I think it because more and more people began to work. Most of people call us to check their goods, because our company is Freight Company, so our entire customer wants to know if their goods were safe. However how can I know their goods, it was my first work day!
I had no idea about these; I need my mother’s help. But she refused me, instead gave me a pile of list, and then asked me check by myself.
I thought It was impossible, I didn’t have any experience about it, my mother told me some ways to solve the problems, I learnt carefully, I was afraid of missing any things my mother told me, because at that time, that is my all.
Half an hour later I almost knew how to read these lists, of course it is much harder than reading newspaper, I read so hard, and always made some mistakes, I even wanted to gave up, but my mother never stop cheering me up, so I persevered.
I found some customers’ goods and then I called them back, and told them how their goods were going.
I was very happy to do this, because it was my first time to finish missions!
Next day I went to my mother’s company again, gradually I began to love my missions, that day I had new missions. My mother asked me to go to withdraw crash, it seems not very difficult to me, after all I have been to bank a few times, and I know how to negotiate with bank clerk.
I went to bank with bank book, I need to bring 5000 RMB back, it not too much money, but I also cannot make any mistakes! I talked with the bank clerk unhurried, I finished my mission easily.
However, when I came back my mother’s company, I was so nervous; I never took such huge money walk alone. I even ran on the small street, I afraid to meet some bad man.
However, I arrived at company finally my mother was very happy!
I learnt a lot, I knew how difficult our parents did their work every day; I knew we cannot give everything!

Church let me know

To be honest I have never been to church, because my family and I have no religion. However people are all inquisitive, I really wander how the church inside look like is.
On December 14, I was so lucky, I had a chance to go to MoChou Lu church to visit the church, and also opportunity to know, what is church, what is religion!
When I saw an ancient building, I feel great. First of all we sang a song named “O come, o come Emmanuel”, it is an English song, we cannot sang very well, but I am sincere. We try our best to join them!
Then the leader began to read a paragraph in English, I try my best to follow his step, I discovered that he was very strict, It isn’t a performance, he was respect to what he read! I knew church is a strict place.
At the same time I paid attention to the people who work in the church, I found they looked so kind, I can saw all of them were smiling. That is the second point I found the people who work in the church were all very friendly.
I was very happy to this experience, because it let me knew a lot of things I never heard. I knew people could have no religion but we have respected others’ religion, it is everyone’s responsibility, the religion is a culture, it is knowledge.
As a word we cannot ignore the religion, we have to respect them.

Teaching children

I have been a teacher! You cannot know how excited I was on that day! Since the first day of primary school, I began to afraid of all of my teacher in the primary, they are too strict, I have even doubted can they smiled, although teachers in the junior school and GCA are much better, I also think students a too weak to decide any things in front of their teachers.
Until Apirl 8 2009. to be honest I was as excited as a little boy. Teaching primary school grade 5students, how amazing things are. Our planning teacher leaded us to primary school which named Peking east road primary school.
Before the our first class, our planning teacher told us the rules in the primary school and some knowledge about their English simply. We listened carefully!
My 3 student named Ben, David and Tony, they were so smart and earnest, also they respect me very much, it let me feel successful, I wanted to tell them everything I knew, maybe it is all the teachers’ mind. They learn everything quickly, I was so happy to teach them. However time fly quickly when we were have fun. 1hour later, we had to say god bye. I left my QQ, and told them if they have some problem, whatever the problem is, just asked me, I will try my best to help them.
That is my special experience about teaching grade5 students, thanks for my planning teacher gave us such wonderful chance, I thought it might be a unforgettable moment in my life!

I love Chaenomeles sinensis

At the beginning of the April(2009.4.11), we went to visit a special flower, named Chaenomeles sinensis, I was very surprised about the number of flowers. When we walked into the Chaenomeles sinensis’ garden, there were a number of the Chaenomeles sinensis surrounded us. It let us feel like fall into a sea of flowers.
My classmates and I enjoyed ourselves, we took the pictures with these flowers, and also we sat down begun to talked about our lives and studying. I discovered people would feel happy when he was between beautiful circumstances.
We could see lots of kids play together they were energetic and lovely; they may be influenced by the beautiful flowers. However, a strange things that I found is most of kids were be looked by their grandparents, not parents, there were few adult who between 30~50 years old in the park were watching the flowers. I always think about the differences between the adults and children, I found the biggest difference is that children are optimistic every day, but adults not, just like these chaenomeles sinensis, people who are very busy like most parents they have not time to hang out to visit such a beautiful lands cape, they might earn more money, but they lose some more important things. However things are different in children, particularly kids between 4~6 years old, they played with their grandparents and their little friends, at least they were happy at that time, even if they can’t earn any money by visiting the park, watching the flowers.
Just hang out, whatever you want to do, even waste few minutes, to feel, smell even touch how beautiful world is. That is I want to tell all the people!

Museum of paleontology

Museum of paleontology is a very good place to know about the earth’s history. The museum is near the XuanWu Lake. We took picture in front of the museum on 2009.2.28 . I was so exciting when I stand before the big glass, because there was a huge skeleton dragon be hand me, it was inside of glass. I like this kind of things, because this dragon was like a monster in some famous movies.
In fact I enjoyed myself that day, my friends who visited the museum with were very interesting in the history of whole animals and plants. We saw a lot of fossils, bones. Also I think the Museum of paleontology were very educational. We could learn a lot of knowledge in it. For example we could learn the origin of the human; also we can see a lot of fossils of dinosaurs, these fossils made me so exciting, because when I was a little boy I really want to be a Professor who study about dinosaurs, it must be so cool!
I have never been to the any museum about ancient tings like it, I feel very strange because of the bones, and it made me like walk between the dead tings. However I really can get a lot of useful information from these things.
Finally I want to say I was very happy to visit the Museum of paleontology with my friends. I got a lot of knowledge from the museum, also from my friends. I think it must will be a one of the best visiting in my life!

The nice dinner

I went to eat foreign dinner with my good friends on Feb. 17, I like eating Italian, and so we decided to go to TACOS that is a good restaurant for cooking Italian noodles. Of course there was a lot of delicious food in the menu. The restaurant is in the Zhujiang road, we had a great time in the evening.In fact I have eaten Italian noodles before, I like it very much, because I like tomatoes. After a long waiting time, I got my favorite --- Italian noodles, we used fork to eat it, it is easy, we could ate quickly, I was really hungry that day although I knew eating so quickly was very rude.Then we ate a baked chicken wing, it was delicious, too. Finally I drank a beverage that night, the beverage named milk-banana-juice, sounds great, huh? As a word I like this dinner, the reason not only is delicious, but also I was full. I think whatever Chinese food or foreign food at least it should make me feel full, for example, I do not think that French food was great, because it was too little, although it really delicious.Compare Italian food with Chinese food, the most important difference is that Chinese noodles pay more attention to the taste, color than healthy, but things were different in Italian noodles the cook put a lot of vegetable and other healthy food into the noodles. The noodles from Italian maybe not so beautiful, but it must be healthy.

Funny club

First of all I loved this club! The club named volunteer club, I even did not know what the mean of volunteer was before I join this club, because classmate asked me to join it.
Now I still remember the first activity of the volunteer club. It was a sunny morning; a kind boy who was the director took us to a blind school! The bus took us about 40 minutes! I did not know the reasons of this activity, I thought a blind school, and some blind kids had no value to let us spend so much time. However, some hours later, I knew why.
When I arrived at the blind school, I saw some of students were playing basketball! Can they? Of course they can! They never give up, they also have their dream, and some boys even said they want to join NBA! If someone told me this, I would laugh and said it was a joke, but if you heard these words from some blind boys you did not laugh at them but deeply moving.
My mission was took two little boys. The one was grade 3 the other one was grade 5, both of them smiled every time, they wanted know more knowledge about computer, because they had some eyes problems, the even could not see mouse clearly, so they only could use some special computers. I told them what I knew, to my surprised they never asked me about computer games, they just wanted to know how to use computer rightly, and how to do something what simple kids could do! What two good boys, they were also very smart; usually I just need to talk once they could remember, maybe they listened so carefully.
At last we were took picture together, we were all smiled in the picture, but after we took picture, some kids cried, a little girl asked us when would we come back, if we would come back tomorrow morning, have class with them, they loved us. Suddenly every volunteer could say even on word. I knew they need us, but we were only volunteers, we were not their parents, we could play together, but we could not stay forever.
Some weeks later, we went to blind school again, we saw them again, they were very excited, and they talked with big smile. I saw that two lovely boys again, they were also wanted to get knowledge, I also keep my patient; I was very surprised they never said something about their eyes, it seem as they were not blind, they were confident, they always smile. We talked about basketball and NBA, we talked about our study, and I thought we had become good friends.
I love this club, because it took us to do a lot of useful things, it can let us know pay it forward is so interesting. The most important advantage is we were all happy; we like to talk with them, we were happy to answer their questions. I thought they were so quite!

Do sports for health

To be honest, I loved playing sports. I was good at sports. This winter I came back home, I lived with my parents again; I was very relaxed whole day. I loved this style. One day my father asked me to run with him. He looked very excited, I wore the sport suit, and we got up early next day…
About 6 p.m. we went out, my father told he has run since he was 16 years old, he loved this sport, because it could improve stamina as a man we need power, we need stamina, too. We should be, more patient. I thought he was right but…
It was really a long way, about 4000 meters, my father never stopped smile, he ran behind me, but when I was too tired to ran, he also smiled. I stopped to have a break. He said continue with a staunch voice. I did not want to give up. I began to hate running, I loved sport, but I did not love running! I was sure! However I could not be a loser in front of my father, I need energy! Finally I finished my mission, I chased my father asked him how could you did it every day I thought I would die! He told me as a man we should be persisting; we could not give up anytime. Suddenly I got something from his eyes. He had a lot of wishes for me!
Some days later my father asked me to played badminton with him. I was not good at playing badminton, but I like Dan Lin who was a champion. We went to a hotel’s gym played badminton. My father was good at it; I could not believe he was more active than some teenagers. I enjoyed myself that morning, though I was tired. My father told me badminton was a kind of funny sport, because if you were good at it you even need not to move your legs, but you opponent would feel tired. I had the same idea, ever sport have a lot of skills, sometimes they could be winner’s key!My father began to taught me some badminton skills, they were very simple, just clouting the ball or stopping the ball, but my father paid more attention to angle not power. He said angle was more important, it depended on the direction of the ball, power was also important, but if the ball had wrong direction, power would be useless.
I knew, played sports we not only need power, strong body, even confidences etc, we also need skills and special idea; they were more important reasons to win the game. It was what I learnt from my father.
At last I think doing some Physical activities was good for our health, also we could get some idea from the sports, and we could make our life has more energy. So come on everyone, let’s do something useful for ourselves, let’s make a new and energy world. I am confident, I believe we can do it.

Let's do something for others

This winter vocation was very interesting; I did a lot of good things. When I arrived at my hometown as soon as possible I went to our community club, we had a little homework, so I want do something useful for others; community club was a good stage.
Today was 22th Jan. I got a call from community club, she told me, and our community corridor cleaner was on vocation. However, spring festival was coming soon, did I have some more time to help them clean the corridor. Of course I said YES. Afternoon I went to the community club, the director make me clean the tow buildings, because they have few people. To be honest it is a big problem to me. I was good at sports, so I was energetic, but I hardly ever swept the floor at home, just tow 5-floor-buildings took my 2hours to swept them, I was so tired I even wanted to run 1000 meters.
This was 23th Jan. Student volunteers were organized to go to old folks’ home. I was very happy, it was easier! When we got there, there were some old people were doing morning exercise. We waited them for about 20 minutes, then we went into the house, we talked with them because we thought they were very lonely. I talked with an old man; he liked basketball, just the same as me. He told me he watched every NBA game in CCTV5, he said he was good at basketball when he was young. We talked about the NBA stars, to my surprised he even knew more than me, his favorite team was Lakers he even remembered the main players and the coach’s name! Finally he said he had good time this morning we appointed tomorrow we watched NBA game together! I saw he was very happy, in fact I was happy, too.
After spring festival I had nothing to do again, I went to the community club asked If I can to do something for volunteer, luckily a lot of parents began to work after holiday their small kids had no people to be babysitting. So they took their kids to community club, the community club director asked me to be a babysitting to look after 3 babies. It was not an easy job! They were all about 4~5years old. Two boys and a girls, the girl was good, but the two boys were too naughty they even fight with each others I was so busy this afternoon, about 5 p.m. their parents came here and took them back home, they said thank you to me, still that time I knew to be parents was such a difficult thing!
The volunteer life was very interesting; it almost became a most important in the winter vocation. I thought this vacation this volunteer experience let me discover a lot of things between our lives. For example old people need attentions; parents’ love was greatest. As a word to be a volunteer was not just pays something out, it was also a good chance to look this world clearly.

MY FRENCH FOOD

It was sunny day we decided to eat foreign food. At noon we went to our classmate Hugo’s mother’s restaurant to eat lunch. I was very interesting on French food, because u never eat French food before this time.
When we got there is about 1 p.m., the price in the menu were very high, I was very surprised about it. 20minute later we have seen our first food. It is salad. We ate a lot of vegetables. It is tasty and healthy. The second food was soup and bread, I liked eat bread, especially French bread, but unlucky I only got 2, I wanted more, but no more. Maybe it was different culture between French restaurant and Chinese restaurant. The most important food is third food. It is main food, we ate chicken duck and beef on this food, and we used a very special knife to cut the entire meet. Because of this special knife we can cut up meet easily. I think this chicken was very tasty, but same problem was it was also too little, I was hungry after this main food. The last food is dessert, it was a cake with beautiful shape, it also was delicious I love sweet food.
So that is our French food lunch. The other thing was the French restaurant’s decoration, it was half traditional Chinese and half contemporary French style. It was very special. As a word I love French food and French culture, but I can suit it easily. Because I was so hungry!-_-{

SLEEPING BOY

December 9,we went to WuWeishan’ s sculpture exhibition it was almost about his all artworks, WuWeishan is a famous artist he was major in sculpture, his artworks are both traditional and contemporary. The exhibition was in the Nanjing University. My classmates are all went to the exhibition this is our picture just like a big family.

In the exhibition we have seen a lot of beautiful artworks, like a Girl with Plait
LuXun, Blind Abing etc. But the most famous artwork is sleeping boy. It was really attractive! So I paid more attention to it.

That art work is very small like an egg. The art work is a baby’s face. Baby is very relaxing; he has fallen asleep. We can see the artwork was very delicacy easily. Sleeping boy was sliming, he was free, he looks smart, but he did not know something dirty about human’s relationship. He is simple but he is lovely and friendly. We also can see the sleeping boy was no fret. He just knows how to sleep comfortably. This artwork was small, but it can tell us a lot of things inside.

Maybe the artist Mr. Wu want to tell others that people are from nature, his art work give us some inspirations about people’s beginning when we were babies. Also I think people should be more honest like babies. They never tell lies, they do not be peacockery, but we do all of this things. Maybe we are not as good as babies in that way. What are differences between us and babies? We are different from age only? No! The most big different is situation changes, we have changed by situation but they have not! Maybe artist Wu want to let us know don’t be changed by situation! And we can study from babies they will make a lot of mistakes but they also will do a lot of useful things that we never thing about.

I think that art work is very prefect, because its main idea is very special and educational. It tells us babies and their behavior is most simple and can give us lot of inspiration. The artist used a simple baby to show his feeling. Of course every wonderful art work has its own idea. Sleeping boy tells us a different idea about people’s value; it was another point of view to explain what correct way to live is. We can say this art work has his own ideology, because Wu regard it as a his another mouth. He can use his project to tell us his idea, that is the reason of why we call him as famous artist, why the sleeping boy can get the top award in the world!
After visiting of the exhibition I always thing about the art’s value, art is a language? Art is a skill? Art is a knowledgeable? What is ART?
Maybe art is just art, we can’t regard art as any other things, because it is original, simple, special! ART is unique!
